Free calls

All iPowerCalls customers can now make and receive free calls from other iPowerCalls customers!

There is no additional configuration required for the use of this service. It is free and automatically enabled for you when you get your iPowerCalls account!

To make a call to another user, just dial 699 followed by their 6 digit user ID. For example, if their ID is 123456, you would dial 699123456. These free calls can be made from the web dialer, desktop dialer and any registered SIP hardware device.

To receive a call, just ensure you are logged in and the dialer will display that you have an incoming call. Just click 'answer' and you will be connected. If you have a hardware device it will ring, just as a normal phone (assuming your device supports incoming calls - most do).
